After your item is dispatched, the online tracking number and link will be sent to you via email and be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

Pay Attention:

In the event of an item being returned to LuckyWeddingGowns.com as the result of the carrier being unable to deliver we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. You will be liable for any re-delivery costs due to the mistake was caused by the wrong shipping address you filled in your order. If you want a refund not re-delivery, the original shipping fee will be excluded no matter an item is sold with shipping fee included in the price or not (free shipping while purchase).

Returns & Exchanges

LuckyWeddingGowns.com is always helping you enjoy shopping here. Sometimes a return is necessary. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to ensure that returns are handled properly and fairly.

All returns must be sent back within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

Please contact us by email before returning or exchanging any items. We’ll confirm and send you a mailing address before you send anything back. Please note that if customers have returned the parcel without informing Luckyweddinggowns Customer Service ahead of time, the refund or exchange is unacceptable. If customers contact us in more than 48 hours after receiving the parcel, sorry that some processing fee will be deducted and the detailed amounts will be different according to the time delay.（50% of sale price for restock fee, plus $20 will be deducted for each day delay）

Once sold, items will not be returned or exchanged except for the following conditions:

Wrong size, color, style or quality defect (You’re supposed to attach a picture of the faulty part). Items must be unused and undamaged, Otherwise the return will NOT be accepted.

Size

We will customize the dress according to the detailed size you provide us. Exchange or full refund is acceptable only for it is our fault to make you the wrong size. Otherwise, if you offer us the wrong size when you place the order, you cannot get any compensation.

Colors

If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply to the color difference caused by different angels and light.)90% color similarity is acceptable and no exchange or refund for that.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 48 hours of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wearing and tearing are not considered to be faulty. If a product has quality problems within 48 hours of receipt, LuckyWeddingGowns.com will be responsible for exchanging your item or returning a refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will send a refund or exchange the product. Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Upon safe receipt of the returned item we will either issue you with a refund or send out an alternative item, depending on your requirements.

The cost of returning the dress to us will be borne by you. The refund will be credited in the original form of payment only, excluding the original shipping fee (no matter an item is purchased with free shipping or not). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will confirm whether the item is in its original condition. And then please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. If we have not received your returned parcel all the time and confirm that it was lost on the way, the refund or exchange is also not acceptable.

Please return any items via an insured and traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in the postal/courier system. Please also ensure that the value of the goods is covered by the service used.

If customers wish to return an item for non quality reasons (not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition.) within 24 hours after receiving the product,please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
